Ms. Pedraza is a first generation Mexican daughter of immigrants and the principal attorney at Pedraza Law. She is fluent in Spanish and has a background in providing legal services in non-profits. She brings a desire to help the community most especially the low income community. For this reason, Ms. Pedraza offers legal services at flexible rates. 

Ms. Pedraza has experience representing folks before U.S.C.I.S. and EOIR in San Francisco, Van Nuys, Sacramento, and Concord. Ms. Pedraza enjoys dancing and spending time with her spouse and dog in her free time.

 Mishgaan Abubakar is a Pakistani immigrant, fluent in English, Pashto, and Urdu and she is a volunteer at Pedraza Law. She currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at San Francisco State University and holds an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement from San Joaquin Delta College. She has experience in community engagement, through youth programs, food security, health promotion, and legal outreach, along with a couple of years in client relations. In her free time, she enjoys exploring museums and spending time in nature.

Ms. Gonzalez is a Mexican immigrant and she is the receptionist at Pedraza Law. Ms. Gonzalez answers all incoming spanish phone calls. Ms. Gonzalez knows the experience of being an immigrant in the United States and hopes to provide an ear to folks calling for help or resources. 

Ms. Gonzalez enjoys gardening and going to church on the weekends.
